Refund Policy
This policy explains how CallPutHub handles refunds for course unlocks and AI credit packs. By purchasing or continuing to use the product, you agree to these refund terms.
Scope
This policy applies to one-time course unlocks, AI credit packs, and refund requests submitted after payment.
Unless a product page or order page clearly says otherwise, this policy is the default rule.
AI credit pack refunds
AI credit packs are refundable on a prorated basis according to unused credits. Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable.
When a refund is approved, the system calculates the unused portion of that order, refunds the corresponding amount, and removes the remaining credits tied to that purchase.
Full course unlock refunds
Full course unlocks are not refunded automatically on demand. If you need a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase.
If course progress, AI usage, or other account activity already exceeds a reasonable trial or evaluation range, the order may be ineligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund.
Processing and timing
Refund decisions may consider order status, course access, AI usage history, and payment platform responses.
Once a refund is approved, the final return timing still depends on the original payment method and the card issuer or payment provider.
Disputes and abuse
If we see clear abuse, such as heavy consumption followed by a refund request, repeated disputes, or other bad-faith behavior, we may deny further service and retain usage records as evidence for dispute handling.
