The current version is mostly self-serve, but there is already a formal contact email. This page explains where to troubleshoot first and when it makes sense to email CallPutHub.

Where to check first

If you are stuck in a lesson, go back to the plain-language explanation, misconceptions, and glossary before jumping ahead.

If you only need to clarify a concept, the glossary is usually the fastest place to recover the missing definition boundary.

When to email us

If the issue cannot be resolved through the course, glossary, or help copy, email contact@callputhub.com.

The mailbox is suitable for product feedback, broken pages, feature requests, privacy questions, and unusual behavior.

If AI is temporarily unavailable

CallPutHub's AI explanations and grading depend on upstream model services. If the network, key, or model provider is unavailable, the reading and quiz flow can still continue.

In that case, keep moving through the lesson structure and come back later for the AI follow-up and reflection prompts.

Current support scope

The current product supports course reading, AI explanations, quizzes, and progress tracking.

It does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage troubleshooting, or real-time trading guidance.
